Happy Father's Day!!

Mavvy was so excited to wish his Daddy a Happy Father's Day! We woke up early on Sunday but let Ben sleep in till past 1:00pm. We cooked him breakfast and gave him his presents (cologne, a cutout of Maverick's foot that is a magnet, and a "pool fund" saving jar so we can start saving money for a pool for the boys). Then, we went to visit PaPa and Grandpa Bill and had dinner at the Vroomans so he could celebrate with his Grandpa Sam, Great-Grandpa Jon and Great-Uncle Scott. We called Uncle Nathan and Grandpa Dave to wish them Happy Father's Day and can't wait until we see them soon! Maverick is so blessed to have so many wonderful father figures in his life!



For Grandpa Bill, we had a mini photo shoot of Maverick in his Harley gear on Ben's motorcycle. You wouldn't believe how much he loved the bike! He wasn't scared at all, even when Ben started the motorcycle when he was on it. Is it too soon for him to ask for his own?

In honor of Father's Day, Maverick dressed exactly like his father, down to the same tennis shoes and the same belt! Until he pooped on his shorts and had to change (Maverick, not Ben!).

Overall, it was a great Father's Day for everyone.

Maverick was sad that he didn't get to see his Grandpa Dave for Father's Day, but we visited him in Wayne the weekend before for Dave's birthday. Grandpa took Mavvy to the sod farm and WalMart and spoiled him as much as he could!
