It's a boy!!!

We had an ultrasound on Tuesday, July 22nd.

At the beginning of the ultrasound he was upside down, facing backwards, with his legs tucked under himself. But when he heard the technician say that she wasn't sure if he was a boy, he made sure to set the record straight! He did a somersault, turned around, spread his legs, and sat perfectly still while she took his picture. "I'll show you I'm a boy!" We got to watch him for about 30 minutes and saw his spine, lips, eyes, nose, brain, kidneys, heart, stomach, feet, toes, you name it.

His name is Maverick David Reed and we love him!
