Still growing! Weighing in at 18.9 lbs on 08/21/09, he is almost too big for his car seat and has outgrown a lot of his 9 month clothes (except the pants, because he is so skinny). He has 2 teeth coming in on top and is chewing on everything he can get his hands on! According to his physical therapist, Maverick is at a 10-11 month level physically, so he gets to quit going to physical therapy until he is walking on his own. He has gotten super fast at crawling and has stood on his own for a few seconds several times. He is very in to opening and closing doors and drawers and loves to turn over the dog's water bowl! His teachers at daycare say he is so sweet and never cries, but that he is smart and mischevious. He is so much fun that it is harder and harder to be away from him during the day. But we are so blessed that his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts and great-aunts are always eager to babysit! This is one loved kid!

Meek's Lithography, here in Tulsa, designed a wrap for Maverick's helmet, free of charge! Now he has a professional looking fighter pilot helmet! As if he wasn't cool enough as it is....he's going to make all the other babies jealous!
